Click ‘Add a new alert’ to start creating a new alert

Enter a suitable title for your Alert and click ‘Make this alert active’

Complete the ‘Jobseeker Filter’ section. You can refer to the Right-Hand side panel for filter tips

Click ‘Save changes’ to save your Alert and return to the [...]

Select applicants you either want to ’shortlist’ or ‘decline’

Click ‘Email Selected’ to go to next page

Select which template you want to apply to send out bulk email
