Find the best talent immediately

One of the unique features of Autopeople is its ability to allow employers to search for both passive and active jobseekers at the click of a button. This is an alternate and proactive solution to finding the best talent for your business.

Step 1:Click on ‘Find Candidates’. |

Step 2:Enter keywords and a location or select advanced options to narrow your search even further. Step 3:Click ‘Search’. |

Step 4:Shortlist - view candidate resumes and tick who you would like to add to your shortlists. Step 5:Select ‘Save Shortlist’. |
 |
Step 6:Chose to either leave for future reference or select ‘Contact Shortlist’ to arrange next steps. |
